1. Pre-Licensing Services: 

We shall raise our advices on: 
- Name of the Company; 
- Head Office of the Company; 
- Charter Capital of the Company 
- Scope of the Business; 
- Founding Member of the Company 
- Company Structure and Organization 

We shall draft the Application Dossier for the Investment Certificate; 

2. GiaViet shall carry out all procedures delegated by the Investor, including: 
Giaviet shall act on behalf of the Investor before the Competent Authorities for the purpose of registration for establishment of the Enterprise and Investment Project: 
- Completing all Application Dossier and related procedures; 
- Registering for and supporting the Investor to receive the Corporate Seal of the Company; 
- Registering for and receiving the Tax Code of the Company.

3. Post-Licensing Services: 
GiaViet shall render the basic legal services free of charge to the Company within 01 to 02 years, from the date of the Investment Certificate issued: 
- Providing legal services on the operation of the Company (via email, letter, fax); 
- Providing Legal Documents upon request of the Company; 
- Drafting/reviewing internal documents of the Company: 
(We are willing to provide retainer services to the Company that shall support our Clients to have the best solution at our soonest) 

4. Time-Limit for completion of these procedures mentioned above: 
+ Investment Certificate: 15 working days 
+ Corporate Seal and the Tax Code (Tax Registration Certificate): 05 working days, from the date of the Investment Certificate issued.
